A super tried and tested recipe!
- 100 grams butter, softned
- 300 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 grams confectioners sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- apricot jam
- blanchet almonds
Mix together flour, softened butter, egg, sugar, vanille, salt and baking powder until well combined.
Divide the dough in pieces and roll each piece back and forth with palms into finger shapes. With a knife form knuckles. When all fingers are formed, put a little amount of jam on nail bed and position almond nails
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
