Swordfish tartare with mango, papaya and pomegranate

Ingredients for 1 tartare: 1 sworfish slice (quite thick), little cubes of papaya and mango, ½ pomegranate, ½ orange, 1 lemon, pink salt (or normal salt, as you prefer), extra virgin olive oil.
Method: Chop in little cubes the fresh swordfish and marinade in a bowl with the juice of ½ orange, ½ pomegranate and 1 lemon for at least 10 minutes. Mix the swordfish with the fruit cubes and lay down on a plate, sprinkle with salt and oil. If you want, you can decorate with the pomegranate seeds, and a sprinkle of grated orange/lemon peel.
